Clyde Estuary
The Clyde Estuary provides something a bit different for sea trout anglers. Anglers have miles of coastline to explore with the Dumbarton, Cardross, Helensburgh, Gare Loch and Kilcreggan fishings all controlled by the LLAIA and available to members.
Fishing is by any legal method with fly, mackerel strip and light spinning tactics all producing results. Fishing from a kayak is now also proving popular.
The best way to find out more about the estuary is to get out, fish, and speak to other anglers.
