On Sunday 14 May the club held its first outing of the season. Members met In Balloch and travelled to the Lake of Menteith for the first outing of the season. Conditions were good and soon the fish count was on the increase. It was a successful outing with several species of fish being caught, ranging from Rainbow Trout, Perch and Pike. One of approximately 15lbs, caught on the fly. The day was enjoyed by all and we look expectantly to the next one.
